Notitia Obfuscator is a tool to apply masking to a data field to protect data that is:
1. Personally, identifiable information.
2. Sensitive personal data.
3. Commercially sensitive data.

It is a common practice to apply masking based on the user's access level. However, the privilege access level has access to almost all confidential information, either secret or top-secret. But this makes it more complicated and considerable overhead to maintain vetted access to personal data. What if data can be processed but have no value to a privileged user – that makes a massive difference in monitoring the monitor. There is no more to worry about exposing the data to non-security cleared persons or transporting the data to third-party for code extension development.
